Most universities accept applications from March/April to around July/August for the following year's intake (with some programmes extending until September). If you're in Grade 12, it's never too early to start gathering your documents.
A non-refundable fee of R200 is required for us to apply to up to 5 universities of your choice on your behalf. Attach a proof of payment in the attachment section.
Typically, we complete our review within 3-10 business days of receiving your complete application (all documents uploaded). Straightforward cases are often 3-5 business days, while complex queries may take up to 15 business days (especially during peak application season).
You'll need a certified copy of your ID, your matric/Grade 11 results, proof of residence, and your school details. If you're under 18, we may also need your parent/guardian's ID and signed consent (plus additional documentation if required).
Yes. Your R200 service fee covers the review and preparation of your application so you can apply to up to 5 universities using the reviewed application. Please note that universities may have their own separate application fees.
We cannot guarantee university acceptance; that decision rests with each institution. However, we ensure your application meets all technical requirements and presents you in the best possible light. A complete, professional application significantly improves your chances.
